Acortarenlace keeps as little as it can about the people who make links, and records the opening of every link to fight abuse and to count visits.

When you make a link we store the destination, the dates, and two keyed hashes: one of your IP address and one of your IP address with your browser's name. We cannot turn them back into your address; they let us count and stop abuse.

When anyone opens a short link we record the IP address, the browser's User-Agent, the time, the link, and the website that sent them there (its domain only, never the full address). The purpose is abuse prevention and link statistics; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe. Only the site's operator can see these records, and they are deleted after 90 days.

To check that links are safe, the destination address and the title and description its page declares are sent to automated content-review services. Your IP address is never sent to them.

If you buy a premium pack we keep the order, the payment's public details on the Monero network, and the email you give us, if any. Your pack key is stored only as a keyed hash.

Your browser keeps your premium key only if you ask it to, on your device. The site can show ads from Google, which set cookies only if you allow them.
